B-Ceph Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using B-Ceph's software, services, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

B-Ceph provides cephalometric analysis software and related services ("Service") for orthodontic professionals. The Service includes:

• Report generation and export capabilities
• Cloud-based collaboration features
• Technical support and software updates

The Service is intended for professional use by licensed dental and orthodontic practitioners. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information
2. Maintain and promptly update your account information
3. Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
4. Notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use
5. Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

B-Ceph offers various subscription plans as described on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your chosen payment method.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. After the trial ends, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription fees. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price change.

8. Termination

• May expose us to legal liability

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will provide you with access to export your patient data for 30 days following termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B-Ceph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
